Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By requesting services from Wrong Fuel Rescue, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Services Provided

We provide specialized mobile fuel drain services, including the removal of contaminated fuel and flushing of the fuel system. We aim to reach all London locations within 30-60 minutes, though arrival times may vary due to traffic or weather conditions.

3. Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for:

• Providing an accurate location for assistance.
• Providing accurate vehicle and fuel type information.
• Ensuring the vehicle is in a safe position for our technicians to work.
• Staying with the vehicle until the technician arrives, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Payment and Fees

Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service. We accept major credit/debit cards and cash. A cancellation fee may apply if you cancel the service after a technician has been dispatched.

5. Liability and Warranty

While we use specialized equipment and follow industry best practices, we cannot guarantee that misfuelling has not already caused damage to your engine if it was started prior to our arrival. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

6. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service if the situation is deemed unsafe for our technicians, or if the customer is abusive or under the influence of drugs/alcohol.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
